Our concierge service - we can also refer you to other community and allied health services including mobile physiotherapy, nutrition and meals, community transport, home modifications and more.
Our team of mobile, qualified and dedicated nursing staff are available seven days a week, 365 days per year. We accept self-referrals and deliver care in your home within 24 hours. We liaise with your doctor, health care professionals, carers and family.
Clever Care NOW is supported by the NSW Government, South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD), the Federal Government Department of Health and is NDIS approved.
We have certification by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency allowing us to provide services to the Commonwealth Home Support Program funded clients.
